Welcome to Cloud Isles, a single-player, offline city-building game. These Terms of Use are a simple agreement between you and the developer, Janet Parker, about how you may use the game. Please read them before you play.

Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Cloud Isles, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game.

Your license to use the game

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cloud Isles for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license lets you play the game on your own devices; it does not let you sell it, rent it, or use it for any business purpose.

Sky Coins & Stardust

Cloud Isles has two in-game resources, Sky Coins and Stardust. Both exist only inside the game as part of playing, and they matter to keep in mind:

• They are earned only through play — Sky Coins from puzzle rounds, Stardust from the daily gift streak.
• They have no real-world or monetary value of any kind.
• They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything outside the game.
• There are no real-money purchases anywhere in Cloud Isles.
• Because your progress is stored on your device, your Sky Coins and Stardust are cleared if the app is deleted or reset.

Acceptable use

Please use Cloud Isles fairly and only for your own personal enjoyment. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or modify the game, not to cheat or exploit bugs to gain resources, and not to copy, redistribute, or resell the app or any part of it.

Ownership and intellectual property

Cloud Isles, including its game design, artwork, audio, and code, belongs to the developer, Janet Parker, and is protected by law. Your license to play the game does not transfer any ownership of it to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Cloud Isles is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.

Family-friendly

Cloud Isles is a gentle, casual game suitable for general audiences. It collects no personal information from anyone. For full details on how your data is handled, please see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of Cloud Isles after any change means you accept the updated terms.
